One accountable lead for the technical side of your event. I work directly with your team to turn the creative brief into a plan, a budget and a schedule, then create a clean hand-off to show management.

  • Venue CAD submissions and safety documentation

3. Site & Vendor Management

Years on the vendor and venue side mean I’ve already solved the problems your show will hit. I bring that to the advance, so the whole team works from one timeline.

  • Venue advance, site surveys and load-in logistics

  • Vendor sourcing, bids and coordination with AV, scenic and staging partners

  • Permits, COIs, SDS and safety letters

  • Union and venue labor coordination
